About me
Hello! I'm Ashley- a Nashville native, digital illustrator, and multidisciplinary artist with a love for storytelling through visuals. I'm also the proud cat mom of two studio assistants: Sir Fat Louie (named after The Princess Diaries) and Willow, a shy little thing that likes to watch my art process from afar.

The name MochaGato is a playful nod to my love of coffee and cats. It blends “affogato,” the Italian dessert, with gato, the Spanish word for cat—because “CoffeeCat” was taken, and I like to get creative.
My artistic focus includes digital illustration, watercolor, and oil painting, with a passion for realism and semi-realism. I enjoy exploring detail, texture, and mood—whether I’m working on a portrait, a custom commission, or a personal piece.

I’m currently pursuing online studies in Graphic Design and User Experience/User Interface Design. This background informs my artistic process and helps me bring thoughtful structure and intuitive flow into every project I take on.

If you're interested in commissioning custom artwork or just want to follow along as I grow and create, you’re in the right place. I’m always excited to collaborate with clients who value creativity, quality, and a touch of personality in their art.

Let’s create something meaningful together.
